Job summary

Spectrum Business in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in small business clients. You will prospect, conduct needs analyses, recommend Spectrum solutions, and guide deals from first contact to close, across data, phone, video and mobile services.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of sales or telecom/tech experience, strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a field-based, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Effective management of sales and administrative tasks with multitasking ability.
• Team environment with collaboration across groups.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses in your territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions for each client.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services through the sale process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products and strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
