Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to deliver essential communication solutions to small business clients. You will prospect, consult, and close deals across data, phone, video and mobile services, in a field-based role within your assigned territory.

You’ll maintain accurate records, collaborate across teams, and participate in training to stay current with Spectrum's products and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Valid state driver's license with safe driving record and access to personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales in assigned territory.
• Perform needs analyses to tailor Spectrum solutions for each client.
• Meet sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain records of sales activities and closed deals.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure order execution and service quality.
• Attend meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum's products and strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
