Job summary

Spectrum Business seeks an Account Executive to drive growth for small business clients in a dynamic market. You will engage in field-based, outside sales, identify customer needs, and tailor Spectrum’s communication solutions to meet those requirements.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or telecom/tech, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a valid driver’s license. Expect travel, comprehensive pay and benefits, and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/tech industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business within the assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses and recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and deals using required tools.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
