Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in small business segments. You will prospect, analyze client needs, and present Spectrum solutions across data, phone, video, and mobile services.

The role involves daily field-based activity with some office time, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 2+ years in sales or telecom. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years telecom/technical industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (SalesForce) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business by engaging small businesses in the assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses and recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video, and mobile services.
• Maintain records of sales activities and closed deals; collaborate for order execution and service.
