Job summary

Spectrum Business seeks an Account Executive to drive growth by delivering Spectrum’s communication solutions to small businesses in the assigned territory. You’ll conduct needs analyses, close deals across data, phone, video and mobile services, and maintain precise activity records while collaborating with internal teams.

Daily field-based sales with some office time, a bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years in sales or telecom.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions that address client requirements.
Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to final sale.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
Simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
