Job summary

ADT is seeking a driven sales professional to visit small business customers, demonstrate our security and smart business solutions, and tailor them to each location. You will build trust, identify needs, and guide customers to the right options while expanding our small business footprint within your territory.

You will travel within your designated territory using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to uncover new leads and close deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder with customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate value of ADT security and smart business solutions to small business customers.
• Visit customers at their business locations and tailor solutions to fit layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships and referrals.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth.
