Job summary

ADT is seeking self-motivated sales professionals to demonstrate the value of security and smart business solutions to small businesses. You will visit client sites, customize systems to fit their layout and needs, and follow up to ensure promises are fulfilled while building lasting relationships.

Qualified candidates should be ready to travel, possess a driver’s license with a clean record, and pursue new business opportunities in a dynamic, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to uncover new leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of ADT's security and smart business solutions to small business customers.
• Visit customers at their businesses and tailor system configurations to their layout and needs.
• Provide post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and build long-term relationships.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to drive growth.
