ADT is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to connect with small business customers across Indiana. You will visit their locations, demonstrate ADT's security and smart business solutions, and tailor recommendations to fit each business’s layout and needs.

You’ll build trust, close deals, and cultivate new leads while collaborating with business owners and teammates. The role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments and open to learning new systems.

Responsibilities
