ADT is seeking self-motivated, tech-savvy sales advisors to visit small business customers, explain ADT's security and smart business solutions, and tailor recommendations to their needs.

You will travel within your designated territory, build trust with owners, close deals, follow up after installation, and help grow the business while earning uncapped commissions and a training wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; thrives on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder; can consult with customers to guide to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; excels in dynamic environments and learns new systems quickly.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners during the sales process.
• Customize each security solution to fit the business layout, operations, and needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and foster long-term relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within the territory.
