ADT is hiring Sales Advisors to visit small business clients and demonstrate ADT’s security and smart business solutions. You will tailor each installation, build trusted relationships with business owners, and drive revenue through uncovering new leads across your territory.

Top performers can earn substantial commissions; new hires may start with a training wage through the kickoff period, with total compensation potential reaching six figures for experienced reps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; licensing may be location dependent.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder capable of guiding customers to the right solution.

Responsibilities
