ADT Security Services in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Sales Advisor to help protect small businesses with our security and smart business solutions. You will visit client sites, tailor solutions to their layout and needs, and demonstrate our value through consultative selling.

You will build trust with business owners, generate new leads in your territory, and close deals in a dynamic, collaborative environment. ADT offers uncapped commissions, strong training pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Visit small business customers to demonstrate value and recommend options.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups and strengthen long-term relationships and referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth.
