Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in Atlanta, GA to prospect and close new business in a defined geography, selling payroll, HR, and ADP solutions to 1-49 employee firms. The role includes comprehensive sales training within a Fortune 250 company.

You will develop relationships, set appointments, and grow both new and existing accounts while enjoying uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• College degree is optional; relevant experience is valued.
• 1–2 years in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or Military experience is acceptable.
• Ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas professionally.

Responsibilities

• Close sales in the assigned geographic territory by building a network and meeting goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients with targeted strategies.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and expand ADP solutions.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor across internal teams.
