You will lead a team of Small Business Representatives focused on organic profitable growth within a defined geographic area, driving recurring revenue and profitable installations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven sales/sales supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in consumer/residential sales or related industries.
• Successful development of a professional business sales team.
• Ability to drive to work locations within territory (50–60% travel).
• Valid driving license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Small Business sales teams within defined territory(s).
• Sell diverse products to businesses, maximize recurring revenue and profitable installations.
• Collaborate with local ADT installation management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mentor, develop, and coach Sales Representatives; establish performance metrics.
