Job summary

ADT is seeking a Small Business Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives in growing profitable Small Business sales within a defined territory. You will mentor, recruit, and coach the team, aligning programs with ADT's policies while maximizing customer satisfaction and recurring revenue.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales leadership, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a strong local community presence.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of sales/sales supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in consumer/residential sales or with large accounts.
• Successful leadership with strong local community presence.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% to assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Small Business Representatives.
• Grow organic profitable Small Business sales within defined geographic area.
• Develop and coach sales reps; set performance metrics and conduct reviews.
• Recruit and hire new Sales Representatives as needed.
• Collaborate with installation management to ensure timely completions and customer satisfaction.
• Develop self-generated lead programs and train reps on GOLD promoters.
