Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to partner with assigned branches, addressing complex client needs and delivering tailored financial solutions for small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will drive growth through proactive outreach, structured discovery, and disciplined follow-through, coordinating with branches and product partners to optimize client value and profitability.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z; ongoing compliance with registration requirements including a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience; related experience may suffice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, and consultative selling.
• Collaborate with branch teams and other partners to grow revenue while managing risk and ensuring responsible banking practices.
