U.S. Bank in Massachusetts is seeking a Business Banking Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service while providing financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will deepen existing relationships, actively prospect new clients, and collaborate with branch partners to cross-sell products. The role requires five days on site, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a proven track record in consultative sales and service.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Understanding of banking operations, product knowledge, sales, and customer service/relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
