U.S. Bank seeks a leader to manage a team of Small Business Specialists delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M. You will drive sales strategy, collaborate with branch teams, and ensure a customer-obsessed approach while growing market share.

The role requires building relationships, coaching, and developing new business opportunities, with heavy travel (60–70%) and on-site work five days/week.

Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically four or more years of sales management experience.
• Previous remote and multi-site management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Small Business Specialists within an assigned geography.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed business objectives.
• Partner with branch banking stakeholders to drive One Bank strategy and market share growth.
• Foster a customer-obsessed team culture while overseeing relationship management and business development activities.
• Travel 60-70% and work from a U.S. Bank location five days per week.
