Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Manager NMLS to deliver exceptional service and provide comprehensive financial solutions to mid-market clients with revenues typically between $500K and $2.5M.

You will deepen existing relationships, develop new opportunities, and support client outcomes using a blend of digital tools and personal engagement. The role emphasizes underwriting awareness, compliance with lending policies, and cross-functional collaboration to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Three to four years of experience in relationship banking.
• NMLS registration as per SAFÉ Act and Reg Z required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, needs, and growth opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for small business clients and recommend loans, deposits, cash management, and other core products.
• Design financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, and portfolio quality.
