Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 3–4 years in relationship banking.
• Expert-level consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, underwriting, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for small business clients and recommend loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
• Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, and portfolio quality.
• Manage portfolio performance and credit quality by monitoring trends and identifying risk indicators.
• Partner with underwriting, portfolio management, and internal teams to support reporting and client outcomes.
• Address client concerns and coordinate across business lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build relationships in the community and identify business development opportunities to increase visibility.
