U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Connect Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and financial solutions to small businesses with revenues up to $2.5 million.

The role emphasizes proactive outbound calls, account opening and servicing, and strong collaboration with branch partners to drive growth. The position requires NMLS registration, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 5+ years’ experience in customer service or sales.

Qualifications

• Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration and compliant with all legal/regulatory requirements.
• Typically has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with U.S. Bank Core Values while providing comprehensive financial solutions to small business clients (annual revenues up to $2.5M).
• Drive growth through proactive outbound calling and support branch-based small business clients.
• Open and service accounts; recommend appropriate product solutions; achieve sales, revenue, and growth goals.
• Collaborate with branch partners and internal lines to generate referrals and route clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bancorp partners as needed.
• Operate in a hybrid call-center environment with three days per week at the call center location.
