Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to act as the primary partner for assigned branches and to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues from $500K to $2.5M.

You will drive outside prospecting, two-to-three branch coverage, and structured discovery to grow client relationships and financial outcomes across deposited, lending, treasury, and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting or small-business banking.
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Reg Z, with clean criminal and credit history.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue.
• Develop relationships via outreach, discovery, consultative selling and follow-through.
• Proactively identify client needs and align products like deposits, lending, cash flow tools, and digital solutions.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with branch teams and other business lines.
