Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, or small-business banking experience.
• Demonstrates prospecting, discovery, solutioning, and risk-management behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small-business clients and branch teams.
