This outside sales role targets employer groups with 10-50 employees, providing extensive training and opportunities for career advancement. Individuals will participate in a comprehensive training program, achieve sales goals of $80K, and build a client pipeline. The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience and superior communication skills, with the potential for promotion to a Middle Market Sales role after 12 months.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business to business sales experience including calling senior executives; proven track record of sales success.
• Experience in PEO, payroll, and HRIS preferred.
• Superb organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sales training and e-learning modules.
• Achieve annualized new business sales goals of $80K.
• Build a client and prospect pipeline.
