Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience, including calling on senior executives.
• Proven track record of sales success in PEO, Payroll, and HRIS preferred.
• Ability to obtain Life & Health insurance license within 8 weeks.

• Sourcing opportunities through calling and COI development.
• Achieve annualized new business sales goals of $80K.
• Develop a sales business plan and effective prospecting strategies.
