Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Business Banking professional to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million. You will combine digital tools with strong human connections to grow revenue and deepen existing client relationships.

You will actively prospect and develop relationships, collaborate with branch partners and specialists, open accounts, and refer clients to Business Banking and other U.S. Bancorp areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in line with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Offer comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Deepen existing client relationships through routine calling and develop new opportunities via business development.
• Prospect new clients and collaborate with branch partners and specialists.
• Open accounts, identify product solutions, and service accounts for customers in the segment.
