The role requires local presence at a U.S. Bank location five days a week and occasional driving for outreach. The position emphasizes consistent customer service, relationship development, and adherence to banking policies while meeting growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Understanding of banking operations, policies, and sales concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses.
• Develop new business and deepen relationships through prospecting and routine calling.
• Refer clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bank areas for additional needs.
• Work from a U.S. Bank location five days per week and drive 2+ hours per week.
