Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a results-driven professional to deliver excellent customer service and strategic financial solutions to small businesses generating $500K–$2.5M in revenue. You will deepen existing relationships through proactive outreach, while prospecting new clients and coordinating with branch partners and business line teams to fulfill needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service in line with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Grow customer relationships through routine calling and business development activities.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and/or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
• Work from a U.S. Bank location five days per week and drive two hours per week.
