Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures; understanding of banking operations; cash flow management and business credit underwriting; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Grow revenue through outside prospecting and business development activities and deepen existing relationships.
• Balance digital tools with personal, human connections; open accounts and maintain servicing for business customers.
