You will deepen relationships through routine calls and business development activities, using digital tools alongside personal rapport to meet growth targets.

The role emphasizes outside prospecting, strong communication, and proactive account openings and servicing within a five‑day per week, in-branch work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in line with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Offer comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue.
• Develop existing relationships via routine calling and pursue new relationships through business development.
• Blend digital tools with human connections to deliver business banking solutions.
• Performs outside prospecting and sales to grow revenue and hit targets.
• Open accounts and identify product solutions; handle servicing and maintenance.
• Collaborate with branch partners, centers of influence, clients and other business lines.
• Refer clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
• Headcount requires five days per week in a U.S. Bank location.
