Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in a field-based role, engaging local small businesses with data, phone, video, and mobile solutions. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close and maintain records in CRM systems.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in sales or telecom/tech, and strong English communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Close sales across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of activities using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products.
• Improve the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
