Job summary

Caesars Entertainment Corp. is seeking an experienced Slot Performance Supervisor to lead the Slot Performance operation on-site in Maryland.

You will oversee Shift Supervisors, guide hiring and training, and drive maintenance, reporting, and compliance with gaming regulations. The role requires at least three years in slot maintenance with progressive management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) or 3–5 years of related training/experience.
• Minimum of three years slot maintenance experience with progressive supervisory/management experience.
• Project management experience is required.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Slot Performance Supervisors and Slot Performance Administrator.
• Lead departmental initiatives including hiring, training, and procurement.
• Plan and coordinate special slot performance projects and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and internal controls.
• Analyze slot products to maximize revenue and protect assets.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate issues to leadership.
• Manage budget within approved revenues and expenses.
• Provide legendary leadership to Slot Performance team members.
• Partner with leadership to optimize casino slot product mix.
