Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 21 and 1–2 years of casino operation experience, preferably Slot Operations.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
• Able to perform basic math quickly and accurately.
• Flexible to work various shifts and maintain a professional appearance.
• Gaming License and Alcohol Card required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Slot staff and verify transactions and payouts.
• Monitor staffing levels, bank/floor assignments, and scheduling.
• Train slot employees with clear direction and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company, department, and regulatory rules.
• Provide coaching and disciplinary action as needed to meet goals.
• Assist in jackpot and fill transactions and manage customer relations.
