Job summary

Caesars Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Slot Performance Supervisor in Baltimore to lead the Slot Performance team and execute department initiatives. You will hire, train, and coach staff, ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations, and oversee project planning and maintenance for slot products and processes.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on service quality and revenue protection in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) or 3–5 years training/experience.
• Minimum of three years slot maintenance experience with progressive supervisory/management experience.
• Literate and fluent in English; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Slot Performance Supervisors and Slot Performance Administrator.
• Lead all departmental initiatives including hiring, training, process development and equipment acquisition.
• Develop and assign responsibilities for each shift supervisor and ensure duties meet policies and regulations.
• Plan and coordinate special slot performance projects and maintain knowledge of gaming laws and internal controls.
• Develop, implement, and review slot product and processes; conduct analysis to maximize revenue and protect assets.
