Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to manage shift operations and ensure guests have an exceptional gaming experience. You will lead Guest Services Representatives, coordinate with departments, and support promotions and jackpots on the floor.

The role requires 2–5 years in casino slot or gaming environments, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a gaming license. We offer health benefits, tuition reimbursement, and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience within the slot department or gaming areas of a casino.
• A four-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads Guest Services Representatives and team members on assigned shift.
• Ensure guest experience is flawless on the slot floor and Live! Rewards desk while coordinating with departments to solve problems.
• Assist with setup and execution of contests and promotions and own marketing event success.
• Assist team with payment of jackpots and machine malfunctions.
• Respond to guest issues in a courteous manner following guest service standards.
• Write and submit shift reports documenting activity.
• Ensure cross-shift communication is consistent and accurate.
• Comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements including state and federal laws.
• Train and manage staff following departmental standards and programs.
• Extend complementary services per approved comp matrix.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling on the slot floor and Live! Rewards to ensure positive guest experience.
• Review slot activities and promotions with Slot Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
