Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a Slots Director to lead the opening initiatives, oversee staffing, training, and procedure development while ensuring compliance with gaming laws and internal controls. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on guest service excellence.

The incumbent will coach staff, optimize scheduling, and drive continuous improvements across slot operations to safeguard assets and enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent from a two year college or technical school) or 3-5 years equivalent training experience required.
• Must possess strong managerial, coaching and leadership skills.
• Strong gaming, managerial and administrative skills.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in Casino/Gaming Operations.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in a Casino Environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Slots Director in staffing, training, and process/procedure development.
• Maintain working knowledge of local gaming laws and company internal controls.
• Implement strategies to improve guest service and customer service scores.
• Evaluate staffing and scheduling to meet business demands.
• Apply Lean principles to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Work with surveillance to protect assets and ensure loss prevention.
