Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
Entry-level position with customer service background preferred.
Must be able to learn games and explain rules to guests.
Basic math skills for cash handling and balancing cash drawer.

Responsibilities

Circulate the casino area and serve player quests by redeeming vouchers.
Make cash changes for players and explain game rules.
Supervise Slot Attendants and Slot Technicians on shift.
Assist in training, counseling, scheduling and evaluating staff.
Promote safety, security and customer service; handle complaints.
