Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years equivalent training
2-4 years supervisory experience in Casino Environment
Strong gaming, managerial and administrative skills
Ability to obtain a Gaming Occupational License within the State of Ohio

Responsibilities

Support the Slots Director in all initiatives related to the casino grand opening, including hiring, training, and process development.
Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal gaming laws and internal controls.
Lead initiatives to improve guest service and customer service scores.
Evaluate staffing and scheduling to meet business demands.
Coach and develop assigned personnel in operations, administration, and use of equipment.
