Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati seeks a Manager of Slot Operations to guide the opening, oversee hiring, training, and process development, and collaborate with the Slots Director to deliver a premier guest experience.

You will supervise staff, optimize schedules, and ensure compliance with gaming laws and company controls while driving guest service scores higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school, or 3–5 years of equivalent training.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Casino/Gaming Operations.
• 2 years supervisory experience in a casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Slots Director in initiatives related to casino grand opening, including hiring, training, and process development.
• Oversee compliance with local, state and federal gaming laws and internal controls.
• Lead initiatives to improve guest service and guest satisfaction scores.
• Evaluate staffing and scheduling to meet business demands.
• Apply lean principles to reduce waste and improve quality and service.
• Supervise and coach staff; enforce department policies and procedures.
