Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Slot Department Supervisor to oversee Electronic Gaming Device operations and supervise the Slot team, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth floor operations.

The role requires supervisor experience, slot/ gaming industry familiarity, and ability to enforce policies while maintaining regulatory compliance. Must be 21+, able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.
• Prior slot experience and Gaming industry experience strongly preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Illinois Gaming Commission.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• General responsibility for EGD operation during assigned shift.
• Ensure all personnel comply with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Responsible for training, development, counseling, and discipline within assigned parameters.
• Manages subordinates in the Slot Department.
• Directs, coordinates, and evaluates the unit.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities per company policies and laws.
• Adheres to Illinois Gaming Regulations in all duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
