Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in slot operations or casino leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and follow through on multiple projects.
• Experience with slot management systems and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Oversee all slot operations while on duty.
• Support Slot Attendants.
• Respond to guest correspondence, in-house projects, and regulatory dealings.
• Troubleshoot slot-related issues independently.
• Train and develop Slot team members through education and coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
