Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Slot Supervisor (primary) with responsibilities for supervising Slot Attendants and supporting the Slot Shift Manager on a shift basis. The role emphasizes coaching, overseeing machine operations, payouts, and strict adherence to Internal Control Standards.

The position requires 18+ age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and casino experience with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or two (2) years of casino experience and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Minimum two (2) years gaming/casino experience (can be concurrent with leadership experience)
Game performance experience desirable.
Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures.
Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

Supervise Slot Attendants on an assigned shift and assist Slot Shift Manager as needed.
Monitor Slot activity and ensure machines are functioning and played legitimately.
Assign personnel to areas, schedule breaks, and ensure proper coverage.
Assist in monitoring payouts and sign jackpots as required.
Ensure adherence to security policies for monies, parts, and documentation.
Maintain professional conduct and compliant use of information systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
Attend required meetings and complete training within nine months.
