Job summary

Fairmount Park Casino & Racing is seeking a Slot Operations Supervisor to oversee daily slot floor activities and mentor the slot team. You will support management in all slot department functions and ensure exceptional guest service across shifts.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle regulatory duties, with a base pay range up to $55,000 depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience in slot operations or casino leadership.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Oversee all slot operations while on duty and support attendants.
• Respond to guest correspondence and regulatory matters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve slot-related issues independently.
• Train and develop slot team members through education and coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
