Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking an experienced Slot Department Manager to lead the slot team for our Henderson, NV property. You will supervise shifts, enforce procedures, resolve guest disputes, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with Security and other casino departments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in slot operations leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and a professional presentation. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management-level experience in Slot Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
• Familiarity with computer systems and operational software.

Responsibilities

• Administers, supervises, and trains Slot Department personnel during assigned shifts.
• Ensures all team members follow proper procedures and operational standards.
• Resolves guest disputes escalated beyond subordinate team members.
• Enforces safety policies and reports any hazards or violations.
• Coordinates with Security to prevent cheating or damage to slot machines.
• Collaborates with other casino departments to support guest service initiatives.
• Provides guidance and instruction to staff for optimal performance.
• Ensures compliance with Title 31 Gaming Regulations within the Slot Department.
• Responsible for hiring and terminating Slot team members.
• Delivers courteous and professional service to staff and guests.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
