Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha – Graves is seeking a Slot Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Slot Operations department on an assigned shift. The role requires adherence to internal controls and state regulations while delivering exceptional guest service and supporting team performance.

You will pay and verify jackpots, create and manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with currency reporting and player tracking guidelines. Competent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a guest service or customer-focused role within a high-volume, complex casino or resort environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with slot systems strongly preferred.
• Technical understanding of a wide range of slot machines and systems with the ability to train others.
• Comfortable using mobile devices, touch-screen technology, smartphones, and tablet applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines consistent with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Slot Operations department on an assigned shift.
• Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional guest service within Slot Operations.
• Pay and verify jackpots over designated amounts in accordance with Internal Controls.
• Create and manage daily and weekly team schedules.
• Ensure proper application of federal currency transaction reporting requirements.
• Provide courteous, professional, and timely service to guests, resolving concerns with empathy and follow-through.
• Maintain security and accountability of keys, radios, and all equipment.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Comply with the Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan and related regulations.
