Job summary

The position is a Slot Operations Supervisor role based in Reno, NV, overseeing slot play policies, payouts, and guest services. The role includes training staff, ensuring compliance with Title 31 procedures, and maintaining accurate paperwork and tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ slot operations and supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills to access/input information and email.
• Mathematical skills to verify jackpots, MTLs, disputes, etc.
• Ability to read/write and complete tasks accurately.
• Must have coordination, supervising, instruction, precision, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Administer department policies affecting slot play and payouts.
• Ensure supplies exist in sufficient quantities and the floor is clean.
• Respond to guest inquiries with a positive, clear speaking voice and assist with tracking system data.
• Provide team members with direction for procedures, rules, and events.
• Train and monitor team members to ensure company guidelines are followed.
• Complete all paperwork and inventories as required.
• Record jackpots on MTL forms and verify related taxes/disputes.
• Know how to use Keywatcher and related keys.
• Monitor team behavior and direct breaks and job functions.
• Interact with internal and external guests to provide optimal service.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
