Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC is seeking a Slot Floor Supervisor to oversee daily Slot Operations on a swing shift in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations while delivering exceptional guest service and supervising staff.

This full-time role requires at least a high school diploma and several years in guest service, plus strong organizational skills and familiarity with scheduling and casino-floor devices. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years in a guest service environment.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily slot floor operations per policies and regs.
• Support exceptional guest service standards across the team.
• Assist with customer service strategies for Slot Operations.
• Pay and verify jackpots over thresholds per Internal Controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules based on needs.
• Ensure compliance with currency reporting requirements.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns with empathy.
• Maintain accountability for keys, radios, devices and equipment.
• Attend required training and meetings.
• Adhere to gambling and safety regulations, including underage policies.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to support business demands.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
