Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. seeks a Slot Floor Supervisor for WarHorse Gaming Omaha – Graves, responsible for overseeing slot operations on the assigned shift and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires 3+ years in guest service within a casino or resort, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and slot systems. Flexibility with schedules is essential in this hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a guest service or customer-focused role within a high-volume casino or resort environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with slot systems strongly preferred.
• Technical understanding of slot machines and systems; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Slot Operations department on assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulations while delivering guest service.
• Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional guest service within Slot Operations.
• Manage daily and weekly team schedules.
• Maintain security and accountability of keys, radios, devices, and equipment.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
