Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking a Slot Floor Supervisor for Graves to oversee daily Slot Operations on an assigned shift, ensuring policy compliance and delivering excellent guest service.

Requirements include a HS diploma, 3+ years in guest service in a casino, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of slot systems and MS Office. Flexibility with schedules and ability to obtain NRGC gaming license are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a guest service or customer-focused role within a high-volume, complex casino or resort environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with slot systems strongly preferred.
• Technical understanding of a wide range of slot machines and systems with the ability to train others.
• Comfortable using mobile devices, touch-screen technology, smartphones, and tablet applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines consistent with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Slot Operations on the assigned shift.
• Uphold company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Pay and verify jackpots over designated amounts per Internal Controls.
• Create and manage daily and weekly team schedules.
• Ensure proper application of currency transaction reporting requirements.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Maintain security and accountability of keys, radios, devices, and equipment.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Read and comply with the Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan and related regulations.
• Maintain flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.
