The role requires at least 3 years in a guest-service environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Schedule varies with swing shifts and potential nights/weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of guest service in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen technology.

• Oversee daily slot floor operations following policies and regulations.
• Support exceptional guest service standards across the Slot Operations team.
• Assist with developing and implementing customer service strategies for Slot Operations.
• Pay and verify jackpots over thresholds per Internal Controls.
• Create and manage daily/weekly staff schedules.
