Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking a Slot Floor Supervisor to oversee the Slot Operations on an assigned shift.

You will ensure compliance with policies and regulations, manage schedules, and deliver exceptional guest service that supports team performance.

Qualifications include 21+ age, a HS diploma/GED, 3+ years in guest service within a high-volume casino, and proficiency with slot systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three (3) years of guest service or customer-focused experience in a high-volume casino environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with slot systems strongly preferred.
• Technical understanding of slot machines and systems; ability to train others.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and touch-screen tech; learn player tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Slot Operations on assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulations.
• Paying/verifying jackpots over designated amounts per Internal Controls.
• Create and manage daily/weekly team schedules.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and resolve concerns.
